1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using Lotto Prophet (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. The Service is provided solely for entertainment and informational purposes.

2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION & NATURE OF PREDICTIONS

Lotto Prophet provides statistical analysis and number recommendations based on historical lottery draw data. IMPORTANT:

  • No guarantees of winning. Lottery outcomes are fundamentally random. Our predictions are statistical suggestions only and do not improve your mathematical odds of winning any prize or jackpot.
  • All number sets are generated for entertainment purposes and should never be considered financial or gambling advice.
  • You are solely responsible for any tickets you purchase, numbers you play, and amounts you wager.
3. ACCOUNT, SUBSCRIPTIONS & DELIVERABLES

3.1 Account Access. Upon confirmed payment, your email is granted automatic access to the dashboard for the plan tier purchased:

  • Standard Plan: Access to Powerball and Mega Millions predictions only.
  • VIP Plan: Everything in Standard, plus Pick 3, Pick 4, and Pick 5 games.
  • ULTRA VIP (Premium / Pro) Plan: All games including Global international lotteries.

3.2 Deliverables. Your deliverable is on-demand access to the prediction dashboard — AI-optimized number sets, frequency analysis (hot/cold/overdue), jackpot estimates, and next-draw information. Reports are generated on screen in under 30 seconds and cached per game for 24 hours. No physical shipments, PDFs, or email attachments are promised.

3.3 No Refunds on Digital Access. Because the Service is a digital, instantly-accessible product, all sales are final. Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis by support within the first 48 hours only if access was never released.

4. USER CONDUCT & RESPONSIBLE PLAY
  • You must be 18 years or older (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.
  • Play responsibly. Never spend more than you can afford to lose. If you suspect a gambling problem, contact 1-800-GAMBLER (US) or your local support helpline.
  • You agree not to share, resell, lease, or sublicense your account access.
  • You agree not to reverse-engineer, scrape, copy, or automate the prediction engine.
5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE. WE EXPLICITLY DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, QUIET ENJOYMENT, QUALITY OF INFORMATION, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any predictions will result in winnings of any kind.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Lotto Prophet, its owners, operators, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or emotional distress, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall our aggregate liability exceed the total amount actually paid by you for the Service in the thirty (30) days prior to the claim.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Service — including the engine algorithms, UI design, logos, text, graphics, and brand assets — is the exclusive property of Lotto Prophet. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.

8. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
